gr codex
Run Codex with Graphide's MCP server injected at launch; writes nothing to your files
From the help of gr 0.2.16. gr help codex prints it in full.
Start Codex in this workspace with Graphide's graph tools passed on its command line (-c mcp_servers.graphide=...).
gr codex [codex arguments...] [flags]
Every command also takes --root <folder>, the project to act on. Without it, gr uses the git repository you are in, or else the current folder.
