gr mcp
Serve this workspace's graph to an external agent harness over MCP (stdio)
From the help of gr 0.2.16. gr help mcp prints it in full.
Speak the Model Context Protocol on stdin/stdout, exposing the graph tools against the workspace named by --root.

--allow-any-root | let switch_root move to any project this machine has registered, not just another worktree of this repository |
--pin-root | serve only the root this server was spawned on: omits switch_root from the tool surface |
Every command also takes --root <folder>, the project to act on. Without it, gr uses the git repository you are in, or else the current folder.
